This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed. Processing includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and preparation for shipment.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates and Methods
To ensure clarity and consistency, Livren applies a unified shipping rate structure across all supported destinations, including both primary and secondary markets.
Standard Shipping
Free shipping on orders over $69. Orders under $69 are subject to a $9.90 shipping fee.
Express Shipping
A flat rate of $19.90 applies.
Available shipping methods, fees, and estimated delivery times are calculated and clearly displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier operations:
• United States: Estimated 5–7 business days
• Canada and other supported international destinations: Estimated 7–12 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by customs clearance, weather conditions, peak shipping periods, or other factors beyond our reasonable control.
Supported Destinations
Livren currently ships to the United States, Canada, and selected international destinations. Shipping availability is determined and displayed at checkout.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, secondary market destinations follow the same shipping fee structure as primary markets.
Fulfillment and Shipping Origin
Orders are fulfilled through our trusted logistics partners. Depending on product availability and destination, shipments may originate from different fulfillment centers and may arrive in one or multiple packages.
Shipping Fees at Checkout
All applicable shipping fees and delivery options are clearly displayed at checkout prior to payment. Any eligible free shipping promotions or shipping offers will be automatically applied.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Tracking updates typically become active within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout. Once an order has shipped, address changes are generally not possible.
Livren is not responsible for delays, delivery failures, or package losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Customs Duties and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import fees in accordance with local regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
We are legally required to declare the full value of goods on all customs documentation.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery timeframe, please review the tracking information first.
If there has been no tracking movement for more than 15 business days, please contact our customer support team for assistance. In rare cases of confirmed loss, a replacement or refund may be arranged after verification.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, and preferably within 3 days of delivery, and provide clear photos of the item and original packaging.
Our team will review the case and arrange an appropriate resolution.
Delivery Confirmation
Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered completed. Please ensure that the delivery location is secure.
Livren is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery, but we will assist in contacting the carrier where reasonably possible.
