At Livren, we want you to shop with confidence. If there is any issue with your order, our team will make reasonable efforts to assist you. Before requesting a return or refund, please review the following policy to understand the applicable conditions and procedures. This policy does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.


Return Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated, most items may be returned within 60 days of delivery, provided that all of the following conditions are met:

• The item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and in its original condition
• Original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories are included where reasonably possible
• Valid proof of purchase is provided, such as an order number or confirmation email

Returns submitted without prior authorization, or items that do not meet the above conditions, may be declined and may be ineligible for a refund.


Non-Returnable Items
To the extent permitted by law, the following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

• Customized or personalized products
• Gift cards and digital products
• Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at the time of purchase
• Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper handling


Return Process

• Your order number
• The item(s) you wish to return
• The reason for the return
• Clear photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our team typically reviews return requests within 1 business day. If your request is approved, we will provide return authorization along with detailed instructions.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error, such as an incorrect or defective item, return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method. Livren is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit when a trackable method is not used.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible, and preferably within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and clear photos of the item and original packaging.

After review, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. In certain cases, the item may need to be returned for inspection before a resolution is provided. These reporting timeframes do not affect your statutory rights.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval status of your refund.

If approved, refunds are typically processed within 1–3 business days and issued to the original payment method. Please note that additional time may be required for your bank or payment provider to post the refund to your account.

If a return does not meet eligibility requirements, we will contact you with further instructions.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after approval, we recommend first contacting your bank or payment provider, as processing times may vary.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to receive a different item, please submit a return request for the original purchase (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. If eligible, you may follow the return process after the item has been delivered.
