Bhad Bhabie Reveals She Got a Nose Job amid Her Cancer Treatment: ‘I Didn’t Like It So I Fixed It’

Bhad Bhabie revealed she underwent a rhinoplasty during her cancer treatment.

On Tuesday, January 21, the 21-year-old rapper shared the news via Instagram Stories, as seen in reposts on X. The artist, whose real name is Danielle Bregoli, mentioned her desire to “remove the bump” from her nose.

She uploaded before-and-after images showcasing post-surgery bruising around her eyes. “Day 6! Nose jobs are not for the weak!” Bhad Bhabie captioned a mirror selfie where the bruises are noticeable. In the image, she is seen wearing a black tank top and matching shorts, with her hair styled short and curly.

Facing criticism for the procedure, Bhabie shared two text posts on her Instagram Stories responding to her detractors.

“I don’t know who told y’all you can’t get surgery when you have cancer,” she wrote. “I was cleared by my dr mind the business that pays you.”

She continued in another post, “Lying about plastic surgery is a problem and clearly so is telling the truth about having it. I choose to be open with y’all about what I have done and mfs [sic] still make s**t a problem. Y’all are crazy.”

The rapper added: “Y’all mfs[sic] so worried about me and y’all don’t even know what kind of cancer I have! It’s not breast cancer that is a rumor.”

In November 2024, Bhabie responded to critiques about her appearance, explaining that her weight loss was due to “cancer medication.”

“I’m sorry my cancer medication made me lose weight,” she wrote in a post shared to her Instagram Stories on November 7.

“I’m slowly gaining it back,” she added. “So stop running with the worst narratives.”

At that time, she didn’t provide additional details about her illness or the specific medication.

Bhabie gained recognition after her 2016 Dr. Phil appearance, where she famously declared, “Cash me outside, how ’bout that?” She has since ventured into music and modeling.
